All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Within the Netherlands
  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping may apply for qualifying orders (if applicable)


Shipping Within the EU
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local postal services.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


Customs & Duties

For EU shipments, there are typically no additional customs charges.

If shipping outside the EU in the future, customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry

  • Sale items


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
